Robert's career background is in finance and property and he is an experienced and astute commercial manager. Since acquiring Rea Estates in 2013, Robert has overseen its transformation to a highly professional and award winning agency with a growing reputation for its expertise in the sale of residential property, lettings and property management.
After an early career in retail banking where he gained invaluable experience of finance in the property and construction sectors, Robert spent 15 years as the Director of residential development companies, responsible for land acquisition, planning, contractor management and new house sales.
Robert is the holder of an MBA in International Business and is a Member of the National Association of Estates Agents. He was until recently a Board Member of a Housing Association which gives him further insight into social housing and the private rented sector and the challenges they face.
My vision for Rea Estates is that it should be a people-centred business that provides exceptional property services to its clients.
Gillian has an impressive work ethic that is helping Rea Estates move from strength to strength.
She established Home to Home Lettings after identifying a gap in the market for top-quality, professional estate agency services with a personal touch. The company grew quickly and acquired two long established agencies “Rea Estates" and “Brice & Co" merging them under the Rea Estates brand.
During a 20-year career with the Halifax, Gillian worked as a sales manager throughout Belfast. With a BA Hons in Modern History, Financial Planning Certificate (FCP), The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and the professional qualifications of ARLA, Gillian has a reputation for delivering the highest levels of care and support to all her clients.

A team member since 2001, Johnny specialises in the valuation and sale of residential property. As a senior property professional and experienced valuer and negotiator he is well placed to advise buyers and sellers alike on their next big property move.
Johnny has a First Class Honours Degree in Management Practice and is a member of both the National Association of Estates Agents and The Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Jenna has been part of the Rea Estates family since 2013. She has worked in several roles giving her a thorough understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants.
As Lettings Manager she is responsible for helping landlords let their properties using clear and concise marketing and accompanied viewings to source the right tenant for the right property. Always looking for new initiatives, Jenna pioneered Rea Estates’ video walk throughs during lockdown and set up the Rea Estates You Tube Channel.
Jenna has completed the professional exams of The Association of Residential Letting Agents and is up to date on current regulations and legislation affecting rented property.
I always aim to exceed the expectations of my landlords and tenants and provide advice and service that I would expect as a client myself.
Claire is a highly experienced valuer and negotiator having trained in and previously worked for one of NI's largest estates agencies. She took a career break when her family was young, but the passion for the business and people soon returned, finally drawing her back into estate agency and to Rea Estates in 2018.
Service is her top priority and she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients' expectations are exceeded.

Julie joined Rea Estates in 2017 bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from working in banking, financial services and retail. She uses her considerable organisation skills to coordinate the many aspects of rental management and customer service. She liaises closely with landlords and tenants to ensure that tenancies run as smoothly as possible. She applies her understanding of the local area, the benefits system and the many regulations affecting private rentals to deliver a superior level of service to all Rea Estates clients.
Julie's priority is to have an effective team who respond to our landlords and tenants in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

As Property Manager in the Management Team, Natasha oversees Rea Estates extensive maintenance program. She arranges day to day repairs and oversees Gas Safety to ensure that properties and their landlords comply with regulations at all times. With sound technical expertise and wide ranging experience of property maintenance, Natasha liaises with landlords to arrange any end of tenancy maintenance and more extensive refurbishments and upgrades.
My aim is to complete each task in an efficient and polite way leaving the impression with a landlord and tenant that any work has been done to a high standard.
Courtney joined the Rea Estates team in 2017 and has risen to the position of Accounts Manager. She completed an HND in Business Administration & ICT and previously worked in an accountancy firm and brings a wealth of experience to the team.
In her role as Accounts Manager she oversees the day to day financial transactions and rent collection, ensuring Landlords and Contractors are paid on time with a high level of accuracy and care.
Outside of the office Courtney is a self-confessed bookworm and loves reading thrillers, when not chasing after her two kids and crazy cat!

Candice works in the property management team dealing with many of the day to day queries which arise and arranging routine maintenance. She will most likely the first point of contact when you phone or visit our offices and she will great you with a smile and do her best to help clients with their queries.
She organises property visits and maintenance and liaises between tenants and landlords on any issues that arise.
My aim is to greet every customer I have dealings with in a friendly and time efficient manner and provide the best service possible to our clients.
