Point of contact for all maintenance requests and tenants queries
- Contacting and advising tenants of our ongoing tenancy agreement
- Property inspection
- Transfer of tenant's deposit to our TDS account
- Transfer of current tenancy agreement to our company agreement
- Transfer of tenants' rental payments
- Property visit to provide a reliable assessment of market rent options
- Advice on how best to present the property to potential tenants
- Preparation of all marketing material including photography of property and placement of property adverts (Rea Estates website, PropertyPal and PropertyNews)
- Arrangement of viewings
- Negotiation of the lease, rent and additional tenancy terms on behalf of the landlord
- Carry out all checks and references required for prospective tenants
- Collect deposit and first month's rent from the tenant
- Complete and submit the Housing Benefit application to NIHE where applicable
- Register deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme (where it is retained for the duration of the lease)
- Arrange re-letting of property at the end of the tenancy to ensure optimum return on investment
